Chinese cooking recipes

Chinese restaurants we can find the almost every corner, Some times I would like to find a chinese recipe, is when I go to the internet or th receipe book. Chinese food is one of the most popular in the world, who doesnt know general tao, dumplings etc...The chinese food is reach in flavores and almost is deep fried, wich gives a unique flavor even to the vegetables. All the chinese recipes I have i got them from a frien of mine who is shezuan, spicy food.

Chinese food it has a lot of vegetarian cooking, they use a lot of vegies with rice, nice combination.I love the cooking recipe wich includes soya, vegies and rice, this is nice low carb dish. Some of the recepeis they call for some especial kitchen utensils, such the ones are made from the bambu plant.

Chinese cooking is very diferent with the french cooking, is like day and night, even the chinese has a very old tradition. I can compare more the french cooking with the italian cooking. Italians have a lot of pasta in their menus
