I can only assume the original 10 rating was from the author. I have no idea why this article has a video of a forklift dragging around a freezer -- it's pointless, and not funny. The article asserts that good temperature control menas the freezer will be frost free. That might be true, but only if you _never_ open the door and allow room-humidity air in. And... it reads like an ad for Lowers.

Maintain shape without workout
A friend of mine that he has a perfect chest and maintains it thought he doesn’t work out at all. He told me he used to work out during his teenage with a bucket filled with water using it for weights and now he barely works out and still maintains the shape. How can i achieve that?
