About the catholic religion, many things could be said. Back to the past, the history of the catholic religion has always been intertwined with lifestyle. At school, the prayers were the first teachers. They were considered as a symbol of the legitimate knowledge. Seen like a substitute of God on Earth, they were the reference point of the whole society. But other days, other ways.....
Now catholic religion for kids isn't a necessity but a parent's choice. Even they still learn a bit the Bible, the way of teaching the catholic religion has completely changed. They make more catholic religion activities by playing, drawing around them as belong to the Bible. The catechists wear the role of giving the interest and the need of the Gospel's Truth. To teach catholic religion, there's lesson plans provided in different books and websites. In the past, the prayer was the one who thought everything about religion. But nowadays the number of prayer is smaller which explained the new way of teaching.
Even the examples of catholic religion prayers has changed and increased this last years. For example, a current activity's with children's to make them creating their own prayers. But you can still find the traditional prayer as Our Father or Ave Maria in the Bible or in catholic books.
Anyway, the catholic religion has always followed the evolution and social movement because spirituality is intertwined with society and people.
