The old ways of sending cards was to buy one at a store, write in it, put a stamp and take it to the mail box. It then took a few days for the person to receive the car, sometimes longer when you had to wait for the weekend to pass. Now, you can find free e mail birthday cards on the internet and people will receive them in an instant. These free online greeting cards are always fun to receive, and to send also, as they are often accompanied by little tunes, funny pics or animated designs. You can also find free printable birthday cards and send them by regular mail, and you'll still be saving some time. There are plenty of happy birthday cards you can find on the internet and some are very nice if you are willing to pay a little extra. For those wanting to get married, you can also find wedding invitation cards and send them by email, but for this type of occasion, maybe it would still be better to send them by regular mail as the tradition goes.
