For many people the main garment of every day’s clothing are the shoes; almost all people prefers black dress shoes or black running shoes and, following the same curious study, there’re few that still like the old-fashioned black and white shoe that was in vogue during the 30’s and 40’s. The same market research tells us that mens black shoes are sold almost for working related stuff, or that black high heel shoes sells surge for the Father’s Day... Or that the higher amount of consumers that demands black satin shoes are men looking for some present to do to some nice female person, their wives (and their other wives!).
The second place in people's garment’s Top 10 are, yes, you got it: trousers. They are so close to the shoes, that many persons don’t wear a pair of pants if its colour doesn’t match well with the colour of the shoes. That’s why – they say – black is a very loved colour for shoes, because it uses to match with almost every other colour, and that’s why – they say – blue jeans have conquered the hearts, or, better said, the legs from our societies.
Third place goes to the T-shirts. People doesn’t mind much about them, compared to what they mind about shoes or trousers, the T-shirts are much less important, but, nevertheless, there is still a public for whom T-shirts are a pretty important garment: teenagers. They still pay strict attention to what the T-shirt they wear says to society; metal bands, pop bands, retro-rock bands, trademarks, publicity, TV stars, are cultural ways of expression when transformed to T-shirt images.
