Sometimes it's just necessary to practice the art of being. There are many inspirational quotes that refer to the art of living, or just letting yourself live. And these quotes if really taken into consideration really can teach a great deal, but unfortunatly we tend to think they are just sappy quotes and don't pay much attention to them. In order to have social well being, one must just take the time to smell the roses as the quote goes. Our lives are so full of tension and anxiety, and just the fear of being alone, that we just don't take the time to relax, meditate, and get comfortable with our own being. We don't enjoy the different stages of our lives because we don't have time to. Do you remember really enjoying your youth, being pregnant, motherhood. It just goes by all so fast, and before you know it your life is over because you didn't have time. So take the time to just enjoy being there in that particular moment of your life. Don't worry about being john malkovich, or about being a landlord. Just enjoy the ride!
