You can also find a one bedroom apartment to stay for a few months in the "sublets/temporary" section. For those who do not want to be alone and prefer to share a 2 bedroom apartment, the "rooms/shared" section is made for you.

And it works I know someone who was looking for an apartment in San Diego next summer. He found a very nice 3 bedroom apartment that he is going to share with 2 other very nice guys for only 400$ a month in one of the most expensive area of the town.
