Antique stores can be considered as places where you can find unique treasures that you will not find anywhere else.

Antique book stores are places where you can find books that are not published anymore. There are books of any kind: literature, astronomy, history, etc. Antique book stores also sell second-hand books. It is a great way to save a lot of money because you can pay a book for $5 for example instead of buying a new one that costs at least $30 or $40.

As for antique furniture stores, these are places where you can buy old furniture. These pieces of furniture are unique because they are not sold anymore and they can even be considered as collectibles.

There are two antique furniture stores in Ottawa: Johnson's Antiques and The Oriental Collection. The first one sells antique collectibles, antique furniture, china articles, glassware, pottery, giftware, reclaimed wood furniture and reproduction furniture. The other one focuses on fine classic Chinese furniture and works of art.

Antique stores in Vancouver include Antiques by Design, The Antique Warehouse, Pathway Antiques, JHT Antique Silver Flatware, Three Centuries Shop, Discontinued China Canada, The Antique Market Vancouver and Urban Settler.

Antique stores in Toronto include Cogan Antiques & Collectables, The Art Shoppe, Cornerstone Fine Furniture & Antiques, Bernardi's Antiques and Treasure Antiques.
