There are free antivirus software download sites that you can look for on the internet. Those free antivirus downloads usually have a trial time of 30 days and if you want to keep it after the delay, you have to buy the product. If you are looking for a Norton antivirus free download, you will it but again, you will only have the fisrt 30 days for free. After that, either you pay or you keep a useless software on your pc. Free anti virus software can be found but most of the time, the name of the company is unknown so you can not be too sure of what you are getting yourself into and what kind of protection you will get. McAfee antivirus is very good but you will have to pay if you want it for more than 30 days.
